With our quest to fully achieved precision, we have invested in modern and advance measuring equipment. With this equipment in our facilities, we have decided to offer services to clients in their precision measurement needs. On the following presentation, we presented herewith the equipment & technology we offer to our client. In particular, we are presenting Quick Scope Non-Contact Vision Measuring Equipment and the FARO ARM for Coordinate Measuring Equipment. Portable Hardness, Ultrasonic Thickness Test and Surface Finish measurement equipment was also presented herein.

QUICK SCOPE - Non-Contact Vision Measurement

Quick Scope Non-contact vision Measuring Machine offer High Accuracy, and powerful capabilities! It performs complex, automatic measurements of batches of work pieces or prototype work with more measuring and analysis capability than profile projector or traditional microscope.

COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE

FARO is the market leader in portable computer-aided measurement systems. The FaroArm enables highly precise 3D measurements of both large and small parts. With 6 or 7 axes of rotation, the FaroArm is as accurate as large, expensive fixed-bed coordinate measuring machines (CMM), but it is portable and much easier to use. Effectively used for dimensional measurement or part inspection, Profile measurement Angularity or orientation measurement ,Depth mapping, Digitizing or imaging ,Shaft measurement 3D modeling, alignment, assembly inspection, calibration, mould inspection, geometry checks, on-machine inspection (OMI),, part-to-CAD comparison, rapid prototyping, retrofitting, reverse engineering, surface inspection, tool setup and positioning.

Short Description of Applications
  • Dimensional inspection
    Angles, prismatic features, distances, geo-metric and positional tolerances are easily checked with the FaroArm and the intuitive user interface of the CAM2 Q measurement software.
  • Machine Alignment
    Positioning of machines, fixtures and parts is crucial for the quality of finished products. The FaroArm can be mounted next to the manufacturing equipment to quickly and repeatedly verify tool alignment.
  • Inspection of Large Parts
    Many parts are too large or heavy to be inspected by traditional measurement equipment. The FaroArm can be taken everywhere and be mounted next to or on the part to be measured for fast and accurate results.
  • Reverse Engineering/Prototyping
    Objects can be quickly scanned, digitized and converted to CAD models for rapid prototyping, as-built documentation or reproduction.
  • CAD comparison
    Measurements captured with the FaroArm can be compared to nominal CAD data to instantly detect deviations. Soft, deformable and complex shapes can be easily scanned to verify features, 3D surfaces and 2D cross sections.
Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges - Krautkramer DM 4 DL (G.E.)

Operating principle: Ultrasonic pulse/echo method with dual-element probes.

The Highlight features so called DUAL MULTI Operating mode for an accurate wall thickness measurement in spite of a coated surface. The metal wall thick-ness, for example on pipelines and tanks, is accurately and quickly mea-sured in spite of surface coating. This applies for example to adherent paint coatings, plastic coatings, or fiber-re-inforced plastic sheathings. Any time-consuming and cost-intensive removal of the coating is no longer needed!
