Our mission is to develop reliable locally made equipment/machines and its components, and to be able to accomplish dependable & reliable refurbishment & maintenance technology. With concepts & standards comparable to international power industry specs, and be able to support domestic power plants and other industry towards utmost quality and reasonable cost.

Highlights of our performance capability

  • We have the capability to do precision works. With our precision machines and well trained, long extensive experienced staffs we were able to deliver precision jobs to our clients thru the years that we have served them.
  • We are one of the few enterprise who have CNC machining center, with size capacity of 10ft x 7ft. This means precision machining of oversize work piece, such as big mold/die base, machine frames, gear box, and many other oversize applications.
  • At this time, we are one of the few who have the measuring equipment called coordinate measuring machine (CMM) FARO, this perform precision measurement at any axis up to 230ft. Also for small size precision measuring, we have the Optical Measuring Machine – Quick Scope Mitutuyo.
  • We utilize specialized licensed design software such as " Cimatron" a comprehensive mold design software, 3D designing such as "Alibre" from designing stage and up-tool CNC machine programs.
  • We have robotic welding facilities for accurate and fast welding process from simple to complex structures.
  • We are one of the few fabrication/machining contractor who have the capability to perform Non Destructive Test (NDT) as integrated with our processing procedure or offered as separate services to clients.
  • At this time, we already develop good track record with major power company as reliable contractor for Rehabilitation & Repair of gears, valves, pumps, turbine equipments & components and many other reconditioning works.
